Your appointment means a lot to us. We set aside your time with care so we can create a relaxing, personalized experience just for you.We completely understand that things come up and plans sometimes need to shift. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you let us know as soon as you can.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor the time of all clients and practitioners, we kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service.
  • No-show appointments are subject to a 25% charge of the reserved service.
  • A valid credit card on file is required to secure all bookings.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Late Arrivals

We fully understand that life happens — traffic, family needs, unexpected delays. If you anticipate running behind, please call or text us as soon as possible.

We offer a 5-minute grace period for all services.

Arrivals beyond 5 minutes may result in:

  • A shortened service
  • An adjusted service (e.g., Brazilian to Bikini)
  • Or the need to reschedule entirely

This ensures each guest receives the quality and attention they deserve.

Menstrual Cycle

You are absolutely welcome to receive Brazilian services while on your cycle, as long as you feel comfortable. Complimentary wipes and tampons are available upon request.

We understand cycles can be unpredictable; however, same-day cancellations due to menstruation will still be subject to the standard cancellation fee. If you prefer not to be serviced during your cycle, we encourage you to schedule with your cycle in mind when possible.

Your comfort is always our top priority, and we treat every situation with sensitivity.

Minors — Bikini & Brazilian Services

Due to the intimate nature of these services:

  • Guests under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • A parent/guardian must be present at the first appointment to sign required forms.
  • For clients 16 and under, a parent/guardian is required to remain in the treatment room during all Bikini or Brazilian services.

These guidelines ensure safety, comfort, and transparency for all.

Product Returns

All retail product sales are final.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please return it within 10 days for an exchange.

Service Refund Requests

We are committed to delivering high-quality results and personalized care during every treatment. Because each client’s skin, hair growth cycle, and response to services are unique — especially when transitioning from shaving to sugaring or beginning a new skincare routine — results will naturally vary from person to person. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary follow-up session or alternative solution.
